1. Introduction

Welcome to Hervé House. By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or engaging with our team, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.

2. Services

Hervé House provides luxury mobile bar and cocktail services for private and corporate events across New York City. Service availability depends on date, location, and staff scheduling. We reserve the right to modify or update our service offerings at any time.

3. Bookings & Deposits

To secure a date, a non-refundable deposit of 75% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: deposit remains non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: 50% of the total event fee is due.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: full payment is required.
  Hervé House reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather, or venue issues). In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring the event venue meets basic safety, accessibility, and legal requirements for bar service. Any special permits (e.g., for alcohol service or outdoor events) must be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Alcohol & Liability

Hervé House staff will not serve alcohol to minors or visibly intoxicated guests. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion to ensure guest safety and legal compliance.
Hervé House is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur due to guest misconduct or violation of alcohol laws.

7. Equipment & Damages

All bar tools, glassware, and decor provided by Hervé House remain our property. Any loss or damage caused by guests or third parties during the event will be billed to the client.

8. Force Majeure

Hervé House shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligations under this agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.

9. Photography & Promotion

Unless requested otherwise in writing, Hervé House reserves the right to capture photos or short videos during events for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, or portfolio use). We respect client privacy and will not share personal or sensitive information.

10. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or communication is used solely to provide our services. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New York courts.
